"Our stay at Cinco Hotel was phenomenal from start to finish. We were warmly greeted on arrival and personally escorted to our room, which set the tone for excellent hospitality. The room was comfortable with great AC, a TV for watching the World Cup, and ample storage including a fridge. The in-room safe was small but fine for passports and valuables. "To be honest this was better than I expected. I truly recommend it. Breakfast was great, they have a few options if you mind eating the same thing every day. I almost didn’t book my stay here, but I decided to not let those bad comments get me. I got to see how people complain literally for nothing and being rude for no reason.
