"The room was amazing. We got upgraded to a member suite, and it was a big, clean room. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor. But the staff are very friendly and helpful. The animation group is so good; they are enthusiastic and very enjoyable. The bar staff are very gentle and friendly; they love taking care of guests. We enjoyed the nightclub a lot; the bartenders there are so friendly, and we interacted with them. I remember Kendry and another who had a birthday, but in general, our stay there was incredible. The coffee place on the corner of the pool has the best coffee. The girl there made us a beautiful espresso with some milk and she always made us a figure â€ïž. Good job to them. All staff were very nice and friendly. The buffet food is not great, but still good some days. We loved the Dominican night a lot, so enjoyable. That night the food was great!!!"

"We had such an amazing stay at SosĂșa by the Sea! If youâre looking for a peaceful, family-friendly hotel where you can truly relax, this is the place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is so calm. I personally loved that there wasnât a loud club on the propertyâit made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with my family. I want to give a huge thank you to Randy at the bar. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His customer service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Another special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond by decorating both of our rooms with balloonsâone for my sonâs birthday and one for my fiancĂ©âs birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made both celebrations feel extra special. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. They surprised us with a personalized birthday cake, and both the staff and fellow guests sang Happy Birthday. It was such a heartfelt moment that weâll never forget. The kindness and effort everyone put into making our family feel celebrated meant so much to us. From the beautiful scenery to the outstanding hospitality, our experience exceeded our expectations. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at SosĂșa by the Sea for making our trip so special! â€ïž"
