"This place is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful trees and lush plants with water running through it with koi and ducks. The restaurant food is delicious and not overpriced. We even received a special tasting of a pineapple drink that was delicious. I would definitely come back."

"Rooms are a little run down, carpet in rooms could use shampooing to freshen-up scent in room, and for cleanliness...especially if pets were in the room. I've stayed here many times, and when it was the Ramada Inn. Also little couches and lounge chairs in rooms need to be cleaned and freshened between guests..Overall nice place. "

"We have stayed here many times over the years. Great location on Mission Bay, yet only a short drive to Old Towne, Downtown, Sea World, Zoo, and Balboa Park. Staff is very cordial and helpful. The grounds are lushly landscaped and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and look to have been recently refurbished. Beds are very comfortable. Our only negative this visit was the breakfast we had at the resort’s restaurant. My wife ordered the two egg breakfast, which arrived cold. I ordered the eggs Benedict. In addition to arriving cold, one of the poached eggs was nearly raw, and the other egg was hard boiled. For &60 one would hope they would at least have been served warm and cooked properly. Other than the disappointing meal, though, we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back again. "
