"Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff with a perfect location. The deluxe apartment was a bit shabbier than I expected, but overall a decent stay."

"Low budget ' rooms.. you get what you pay for..incl a comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom with great water saving power shower, fresh towels and a good breakfast (by budget standards).. You dont get more than 'budget courtesy' at check in or from staff (exception is breakfast staff who were friendly and efficient).. "being a misery is a choice not an entitlement... cheer up..your guests are on holiday, not checking into a prison!". And dont expect anything in the way of room decoration or amenities ( i had a broken coffee machine with main parts missing! and a tv with 1 (german) tv channel (but thankfully internet was fast 5G). Overall if you want a clean, quiet room, close (20-30 mins walk) to the main tourist spots but on a main transport hub for a good price, then these rooms (not a hotel) will tick all the boxes."

"Breakfast is excellent. It’s part of NY cafe which is beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. Had everything in it you need! Spa and small pool very nice. We enjoyed using it. Bar area could be bigger . Excellent bar tender but was surprised it was so tiny."

The reception staff were really friendly and super helpful nothing was too much trouble forvthem The hostel really cared about the comfort of solo travels and making efforts to include and arrange activities for everyone."
