A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. "My flight got delayed, so I had to change up my original plans. After talking it over, the hotel was cool with letting me cancel my booking for free. From the pics, it looks like a really chic and nice hotel. I’m hoping to stay there next time I’m in China."
