China Hotel
Overall, a nice hotel under the Marriott brand. Comfortable room, but slightly dated, can do with some technology upgrades. Loved the housekeeping team, but the front desk wasn’t as friendly on the few occasions when I called. The corridor area started smelling of rotting durians on my last 3 days ...

Dong Fang Hotel Guangzhou
地理位置优越，环境不错，房间也 很舒适，前台carman和celine两个人服务非常棒，马上办理入住手续和满足客人的需求。由于离酒店是早上很早，值班经理还非常帮忙的帮助我们把行李拿出外面，服务非常好，感谢。但是发现2号楼的客房服务不是很到位，我们用过的水杯和咖啡杯并没有清理，咖啡和茶并没有补充，出现这个问题共有两次，也投诉了两次，第二次的时候先打电话到客房服务跟小姐姐服务员说了，居然说不在他们服务范围内，让我们非常不满意，然后投诉到客房经理，客房经理居然说之前电话是AI回答，这样推卸责任的回答让人非常无语。我住2号楼之前在同一酒店的1号楼住过，1号楼清洁从来没有这种问题，这让我很失望，希望以后会有所改进。
