"Room was very clean and smelled fresh at check in. Parking was a little short on the first two days of my stay. Breakfast is provided as a daily coupon for the McDonald’s in front of the hotel. WiFi was not very good. Staff interaction was minimal but both were friendly and polite. This was by far the best bang for your buck for a hotel near the casino."

"Room was very clean, well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Shower and bathroom floor are both treacherous! Investing in a non-slip bottom for tub/shower would be smart. Someone is going to fall! We had to lay a path of towels across the bathroom floor to prevent slipping after showering. There was a fair amount of trash in the parking lot every day . . People are just pigs. We always picked up anything we saw and deposited it in the trash receptacle right outside the door. This was our third stay there over a three year period. The tracks on the sliding door need cleaned/oiled or something. They make a hideous noise upon opening. The floor mat in the elevator was in need of a good cleaning. While the continental breakfast is nice, a bit more variety would be good. Also, investing in some better plastic utensils would be helpful. All in all, though, a nice place to stay. Bed/mattress was very comfortable and the hotel itself is very quiet. The Erie, PA location, while convenient, is noisy at night if your room happens to face the Bayside Parkway, which ours did. While we love The Sloppy Duck restaurant and bar, the bands can be quite loud and the crowds somewhat rowdy into the wee hours. Our next stay will be in one of the back rooms ☺️"

"The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff, with the exception of the hostess in the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. The manager, Kevin, was extremely nice, helpful and professional. The hostess (a young girl) was snotty and refused to seat us for dinner, telling us to go eat in the bar area because she had 2 large groups with reservations. There was no one in the restaurant at the time and by time we finished eating, there were a total of 5 tables filled. VERY unprofessional"
