"The food at dinner was good. freshly cooked, home style. the stay was a dampener as the photo and other facility description seen at your website and reality is far from truth. the way you advertise the visuals (photographs of the resort) and talk about the facilities at the resort is completely a fraud. its deceptive, you fool people and lie. this is a private small guest house type facility. it is no where near a resort. the actual place and what you show in the website do not match, its a...

"Au coeur de la jungle tropicales, un cadre incroyable, des cottages bien à lecart les uns des autres, une vue depuis les chambres à couper le soufle, des gents serviables gentils et pros, checking rapide et repas savoureux et copieux, dommage qu'on ai pas pris plus de temps labas, on y retournera promis ! PS: une bonne voiture est nécessaire pour s'y rendre, ce nest pas facile d'accès, cependant, le trajet vaut largement la peine."

The property exudes unparalleled beauty, perfectly blending the signature elegance of the Taj brand with the serene charm of its lush valley setting. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking panoramic views from the lobby deck left us utterly mesmerized — a picture-perfect introduction to this tranquil retreat. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were pampered at every step, anticipating our needs with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Harshita at the lobby, Praveen and Rajneesh in the restaurant, and Kunal, the talented chef — each of whom made our stay memorable through their professionalism and personal touch. "So many kind words to say about Spice Tree. First: how many establishments have you ever been too that the manager of the Resort will ride with you to the hospital. FYI do not drink the spring water in the National Park in Munnar. He rode with our taxi driver to hospital, he stayed with me the whole time. I can never thank him so much for his help. You are an amazing Man. Thank you. 2nd this resort is the place for a great escape to relax and enjoy wonderful food by the best Chef. 3rd the staff there was perfect. From the reception and room cleaners, and then to the grounds cleaners. Everyone welcomes you with an open heart. I will have to say as tourists, we must always do better. Please tip the waiter staff, to the room cleaners. They work hard and deserve the respect we get as tourists from the Spice Tree. I will be back. Love India and Munnar is the best."
