"The property is conveniently located near bus stations and the Chamonix Centre, which made getting around very easy. The room itself is small but functional, equipped with a bed and a compact kitchenette including dishes and cutlery (although we did not make use of these facilities). "Convenient room with kitchen, nice view from the room, nice pool, relatively old and some renovation would be worth considering "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"We have stayed here many times - it’s our favourite ski resort. Planibel Residences (the apartments) have been refurbished in the last few years (Monte Rosa) and they are absolutely lovely! Very well equipped, nicely furnished, warm and cosy, comfortable bed (needed after a day on the slopes), and fabulous bathrooms that have plenty of hot water. The WiFi is very good and reliable.
