"Fabulous adults only property with stunning spa facilities. Excellent food, reasonable bar prices and friendly staff. We did ask to move rooms and (loud dripping from drainpipes just outside the room which was very annoying given the pouring rain) this was accommodated immediately. Nice to park in the hotel grounds, but £15 per day is a little excessive, although appreciate it is secure and monitored. Heated towel rail in the bathroom is way too small to accommodate bath towels and spa towel,...

"We have stayed at the Cockhaven a number of times previously so it was our 'go to' hotel when booking a few days away with friends. As always we weren't disappointed with the rooms, service and food. High praise to the younger members of restaurant staff who offered great service with a polite and friendly manner. "

"The Osborne hotel is beautifully positioned on what feels like cots own private bay, away from the busier parts of Torquay. It has lovely views, good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our three nights."

"Fabulous stay from beginning to end. The best breakfast ever. From homemade granola, to piping hot full breakfast, choice of eggs, quality ingredients. In the room bottled water and tea/ coffee etc replenished every day. Helen's home made cake for you to help yourself to when you came back from a day out. Beautiful gardens, friendly, helpful hosts. Excellent location. I would highly recommend this guest house. We were given a suite with a comfy settee. T V in bedroom and lounge. Perfect. "

"Lovely hotel in an excellent spot. The historic background is evident, yet at the same time there is a lot going on so it is vibrant and busy and the rooms are to a very good standard. Very comfortable night’s sleep, with no disturbance from patrons at the bar (and the quiz night, which happened during my stay). I was unable to connect to internet (despite help from staff).
