"Conveniently located, clean, very quiet and practical room with spacious leaving room and plenty of coffee/teas and water bottles for the guests. We loved communicating with Salvatore via WhatsApp, sending him the image of our passports, and receiving very clear check-in/access instructions. Missed my flight connection so didn't arrive until the day after my first nights booking but despite there being a sign on the wall saying that No shows would be charged 50% of the first night, I didn't get any reduction in price. "This hotel was a 10 out of 10, excellent location, not far from popular areas, but just far enough that we were able to sleep at night without loud city noises. Close enough to walk to everything, great anmmenities and well equipped gym. The only tiny thing, I could maybe say was slightly negative,was that there was no Wi-Fi in the gym except in one corner. Aside from that it was a fabulous stay! "
