Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver, Ascend Hotel Collection
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel’s location is very convenient, metro station is 8-10 minutes away, the spinning chandelier is 5 minutes, Granville public marker is very close as well, a lot of grocery stores around, cafes and restaurants. Also, our room was pretty big with small kitchen, microwave and even stove. Cleaning is every other day which is totally fine. "
"Centrally located hotel on Davie Street. It has restaurants, supermarkets, coffee, and anything you could possibly need as a visitor. The hotel itself is very friendly and the rooms are very well appointed."
"They had an outdoor and an indoor pool, which was important for our kids. They enjoyed the pools and were amazed by the room.
We would stay here again in the future. "
"Inexpensive hotel that is super convenience and close to English Bay. Overall major improvement since the last time I stayed over. Staff were all very friendly and nice. Love that it has AC "
"This is an outstanding, classic and very elegant old school hotel in the center of downtown. It reminded us of the Plaza in NYC. Much is easily accessible, including Gastown and the waterfront. If you travel light and have a cruise booked, you can even easily walk to the docks and check in to your ship, though cabs are abundant. We booked a suite and were given a room that was impeccably appointed, not to mention spacious, with a huge walk-in closet and windows with multiple views of the city - one of the best rooms we've ever had. As for the staff, we've rarely encountered greater courtesy and professionalism. This is truly a 5 star hotel without pretentiousness. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. "
Recognised as one of the greatest parks in the world, well-loved for its forested walking trails, bustling beaches, manicured gardens and variety of wildlife.
