The amenities are great on paper but in person they are VERY old and weathered. The property is not well kept. Our room smelled like mildew. Don't be fooled by the great marketing material they have this is definitely a ZERO luxury spot.

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
We really liked rhis resort only that the sofa bed cover and sheets were never changed out super dirty. I did call fronf desk and rheh sent clean one up. The slide is also only open until 4:45pm so kiddos weren't able to enjoy that. Resort is nice by mountains
