"The room was spotless, Sarah the concierge was amazing and very helpful. Carlos the bartender was very accommodating and friendly! The hotel itself was amazing, the view incredible, all the “stories” and special touches made us feel apart of the history of this beautiful hotel! Only critique is the bathrobes did not match the prestige quality of the rest of the establishment. "
