Tip-top,aber unnötige Verschleierung des Anbieters

Hat alles gut funktioniert. Was ich mir in der Kommunikation gewünscht hätte: Ich finde es suspekt, wenn ich von einem "James Butler - Guest Services" mit einer entsprechenden e-mail und ohne Telefonnummer oder Adresse aufgefordert werde, meinen Ausweis einzuscannen. Die Betreiber dieser Unterkunft "LeBijou.io" verstecken sich in ihrer Kommunikation. Nur über die URL zur Buchungsbestätigung kommt man darauf, dass eine Zuger AG dahinter steckt.

Klein aber fein in der Altstadt

Di. 07. - Mi 08. Mai. Schönes stylish Apartment. Das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock ohne Lift und mit Koffer und grosser Tasche nicht einfach die Treppen hoch zu laufen. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Bügeleisen/Brett, Küche, Nespresso Maschine und sehr guter Tee. Kühlschrank voll mit Drinks! Das Badezimmer ist klein jedoch hat eine Waschmaschine, genügend Frottewäsche und Kleenex.

L’appartamento non era stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo, la mancanza in cucina della lavastoviglie si è fatta sentire durante il soggiorno, come anche la scomodità dei condizionatori vetusti e rumorosi, in ultimo anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che sono state portate (perché mancanti ) solamente il secondo giorno di permanenza anche dopo insistente sollecito.

Sin elevador

Un poco dificil de conseguir la locación. No hay elevador y está en el tercer piso. Del resto es muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es espectacular, tiendas, minimercados, restaurantes a 100 mts de distancia. No tiene parqueadero pero hay varios muy cerca. La cama, el wifi y la cocina son lo mejor.

Amazing apartment, great location!!!

The apartment is quite Amazing, well furnished and the kitchen is equiped with all the necessary tools. The position is great, closed to train station but in a quite area. The manager is super kind and helpful.

Place was lovely and spacious. Bit tricky to find, but once you spot the building, there are signs. Place is considerately equipped with kitchen and bathroom, and a washing machine; it is also very well located.

Beautifully clean every time I stay. Very good size apartment. Chinese take away across the road. Simple code to get the key means you can arrive any time. It's a nice, cost effective place to stay in Zug.

So hard to find the location but stay was good

It was very difficult to find a location only with address because there were two different 19' on the road. We spent almost an hour to find location and even locals helped us but they couldn't find it easily. It was so inconvenient but everything else was nice.

Man ist auf sich allein gestellt und erhält elektronisch eine Anweisung wie man den Schlüssel für das Appartment findet. Schlafen fast auf dem Boden muss man mögen, die Steckdose gleich beim Kopfkissen auch. Es handelt sich um ein modern eingerichtetes und modernes Appartment mitten im Zentrum. Damit leider verbunden ist der intensive Strassenlärm der vom frühen Morgen bis spät in die Nacht anhält. Parkplatz ist leider keiner vorhanden

Faultless experience

We had a very comfortable and cosy stay with my girlfriend at this Airhome apartment. The check-in was seamless - with clear instructions on where to find the key/door code (we didn't need to meet the host in person, which saved time). The apartment was very clean, fresh, spacious, warm and well-organised. The flat is well thought-through, stocked with new and high-quality appliances (eg - hair dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, strong shower, fast wifi etc), we could easily find everything we needed and felt cosy and at home here. I would recommend this flat as a great value alternative to booking a hotel in Zug.

Centrally located. Great shopping all around. The room itself was fantastic. Very large space for Europe. The Chinese Restaurant just downstairs was really great quality with friendly service. Highly recommend staying here.
