Be aware that the sofa in the king suite is NOT a sleeper-sofa. We booked this type of room for two adults and a 14-year-old because the room was advertised as being for three people in our search results and because whenever we’ve stayed in a room with this type of layout (and this number of people supposedly accommodated), the sofa has always converted. Our son had a horrible night’s sleep on the regular sofa, which the hotel representative didn’t seem concerned about when I provided requested feedback after our stay. The representative essentially just said they don’t advertise sleeper-sofas, which isn’t inaccurate, but they do advertise the room being for three people, which is inaccurate to me (and to everyone I’ve told about this experience). I’m not sure why this room is advertised for three since no one should be expecting someone to sleep on a regular couch and no one should be expecting three people to comfortably share a king-size bed. Please be advised to steer clear of the king suite if your travel party has a third person.
