"J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour de 4 nuits au Hanoi Indochine Premium. L'emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur du Vieux Quartier. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un large assortiment de pains, de fruits frais, de jus, d'omelettes et d'autres petits-déjeuners préparés à la demande, etc.Mais rien ne vaut le service. L'accueil que vous recevez est difficile à surpasser et a perduré tout au long de mon séjour. Candy à la réception et Jimmi, le directeur, n'ont pas pu être plus serviables. La porte d'entrée est toujours tenue ouverte.À proximité, il y a de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Le lac est à 3 minutes.Dans l'ensemble, cet endroit répond à toutes les attentes, et ce, à un prix raisonnable."

"The breakfast was excellent, with different options including an egg dish or pho. The room was clean and quiet. Giang at the front desk was extremely helpful, and repeatedly assisted us with transportation to and from local attractions and to the airport. Mrs. Jennie also helped us get transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a lifesaver especially when we arrived internationally for the first time in Vietnam. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Super Candle locates in a very busy street; however the hotel is fairly quiet. We appreciate how helpful the staff were to a bunch of elderly traveling through Hanoi. They were so kind and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet foods quality and variety were not consistent- some day the food were great & fresh, other days it was not so abundant and lack luster. Overall, we had a great time at Super Candle hotel and would recommend it to our friends who are traveling through Hanoi."
