I had to wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to come check me in No one bothered to provide additional info-about the restaurant, where the elevator was or how to access snacks. Water was cut off for a bit just at the time I was getting ready to go out. In the morning I couldn't take a shower-for some reason the water wouldn't turn on.
