"Great atmosphere and location. I came for a conference at Jacks Urban Meeting Place. It was an easy walk. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. I enjoyed dinner downstairs as well as a drink, and the Highlander bar on the roof was a great place for a group get together after the meeting. Fire pits made it tolerable on the roof despite being fairly cool outside."

The staff was kind and helpful with getting us a room closer to the lobby on the first floor so we didn’t have so far to walk. They had everything we needed for our two night stay. Would recommend and will absolutely stay there again. "
