"Place was clean. Staff friendly. Room was excellent. Zero noise could be heard inside the room. The cons. People wandering around in the parking lot. One lady smoking majrijuana in her car when we arrived at 1030pm. People sitting in the stared smoking and watching our every move. Extremely concerning when traveling with kids. It felt unsafe. Wife said on the second night someone was yelling outside near our windows “help me.” I didn’t hear it. One lady intentionally threw a cigarette at my kids...

"upon arrival, check in was easy. we weren’t told there was an elevator so we had lugged our bags up the stairs. the fire alarm in our room went off the entire time (low battery), the refrigerator didn’t work and actually smelled like someone hotboxed inside of it so it reeked of smoke. and you can hear whenever someone in the building uses the toilet or the shower everytime it’s so noisy."

"It was reasonably clean but there was a lot of damage in the room. Furniture was broken, bathroom door had been punched in on both sides and slide lock was missing. Service was polite. No breakfast, no reg coffee only decaf. No coffee in room. Internet was so slow it timed out before connecting. Shower water pressure was lousy.
