"One of the nicest hotels we've been to in a long while. Great beds and room. Bathroom was perfect. They even put a microwave in our room, which helped a lot. Front desk folks were great. The bar restaurant isn't open all the time and it's menu wasn't useful to us, but the staff were cool!"

"An absolutely gem of a hotel right beside the White House. Top of the top. And yet the Daly rate on Expedia was less than many of the two or three star hotels that we have stayed at in the past. "Beautiful historic building that had everything we needed for a lovely stay in DC. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the location was perfect for site-seeing in DC. Within walking distance to thee White House and most of the museums on the national mall. Also close to many great restaurants and the metro and Fords Theater. The Riggs restaurant is also excellent with excellent service. They have a large gym downstairs and many great amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable....

"I did mistake - and booked 21-22 june instead 22-23, and i asked to improve. When I wrote to Client service to change the date, they told they will not change, they will just cancell the reservation, and I just will come to 22 june to registre onsite... but when I came to the hotel 22 june they just said - that I didn't came last night, and they will charge for rhis night. After I just stayed 1 night there instead of two... I just moved to another hotel... such a wrong when yku ask them to...

"This was my first time staying at Eaton DC and it won’t be my last. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed that the hotel had a rooftop club/ lounge area. The restaurant was under renovation so that was a bummer but otherwise great stay, I intend to come back !"

"I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that...

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is what really makes this place special! Our first room had an AC issue and she quickly got us into another room. They treated my 3 year old with such kindness. Very outgoing staff. The food was amazing and open late. The rooftop bar looked cool, although I didn’t go up there. The only thing I could complain about is I think the beds could’ve been more comfortable. I felt like the beds were more on the cheap side and kinda hard/thin."
