"First time We had to pay extra per hour when we arrived early for a three night stay ! Hallways have a few stairs along the way to room . Makes it difficult with luggage FYI"

"First room was appalling…. Usually every village hotel experience we have had has been first class and clean. Not the case with Bury unfortunately. We told staff and got another room which was better (club room) but still had some blood? Stain on the walls and windows were marked with hand marks but I was too embarrassed to complain again. The corridors, lifts and general areas were grubby. We have stayed at Hull, Chester, Edinburgh and this was by far a total letdown."
