"The walls are paper thin so if your neighbor puts their tv on at night you may hear it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"Staff felt put out for helping. I ordered a $40 steak and it was sent to my room with no cutlery. It was inedible. I couldn’t cut it with my plastic fork I had from lunch. When I called to explain the smell of the steak was revolting, I was asked if I wanted ginger ale for my upset stomach."

"The most surprising thing about this hotel is that it came with a washer dryer which was fantastic as I’ve been travelling for about a month and it was really wonderful to have that service. Plus it’s a very quirky hotel in the best way love the Clock collection!"

"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"Avoid. Marginally clean. Tub was gross. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. Lamps that were supposed to have 2 light bulbs had only 1. No Kleenex supplied in room. Remote control on TV did not work. Had to go to the desk 4 times before someone came to the room and figured it out. Outside stairs are treacherous. The railings are at least 6" too low. You have to be in a bent over position to hold the railing."
