"Brianna & Tom went above and beyond. From a staff standpoint, my experience was amazing. The room was not super clean, stains on mirrors and stained shower curtain, but the room had a great offering of amenities. Did not love how the elevator was finicky, or that I constantly found myself getting lost on the second floor, but that is the structure of the property and nothing to do with staff or the specifics of IHg WC. "I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. This hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. It's cozy and reminds me of an Italian villa with wonderful attention to detail. "Cons: 1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected. 2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. They charge $25 a day for parking in a place that has no business charging for parking, and there was the hassle of getting in and out through gates with scans and a card.
