"Good"

"Ocean El Faro had great pools with amazing lazy river, perfectly situated in the middle of the hotel complex. I enjoy staying there because it was a lot of shadow and was close to restroom and convenient snack bar. Our room was on 3rd floor and had very comfortable bed with firm but soft mattress. We also enjoyed our stay because our butler Kevin made that stay very enjoyable. He was sending us daily activities and helped to reserve dinners to great restaurants we went to. He always had a nice smile on his face and was making sure we were helped and satisfied."

"The staff in the main Market Place buffet and the pool/beach bar guys were always friendly and on the ball The resort was very clean the room did need some work on the deck area (Honeymoon suite facing beach) , bites a huge room with great amenities The other restaurants on the resort I found mixed both menu and staffing wise but overall a great experience "
