"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.75/5) We had an amazing stay at Oceans El Faro and would definitely come back. Our concierge Reinaldo was INCREDIBLE — truly 10/10. He went above and beyond for us every single day. Any request, big or small, he handled right away and always with a smile. He constantly checked in to make sure we were having the best time and made our stay feel extra special. The resort itself was very clean, the rooms and beds were super comfortable, and the pools were awesome especially the lazy river. The beach setup was impressive too. Even with a group of 5, we never had to wait for chairs. There were activities all day for all ages, which was a big plus. A few things keep this from a perfect 5. The shows were hit or miss some great, some felt like fillers, and the theater volume was way too loud. Steak consistency was also an issue everywhere on the resort even the steak house. Ordering medium rare usually meant getting something totally different. Lastly, personal preference, but surprisingly there were no mango drink options (no mango mojito!)."
