"My wife and I just got back from a trip to Punta Cana and stayed at the Serenade All Suites (Adults Only) side. We traveled with another couple and the four of us had a wonderful experience! The resort is about 25 minutes from the airport, which is convenient. It’s modern with a nice design — the rooms were clean and spacious. We booked reservations at several restaurants for dinner and the food was amazing! For breakfast and lunch, we hit up the buffet, which was pretty good. The staff went above and beyond. Alejandro was our butler and he made sure our dinner reservations were confirmed (even when the app said it was fully booked). He helped us book an excursion for a party boat tour. On the way back from the tour, I accidentally left my bag in the transportation van which had my phone and some cash. The staff tracked down the transportation company and they returned my bag the next morning. The entertainment staff was fun and friendly with good vibes. We played water volleyball, foam beach party along with few other activities — and each time they brought their energy! Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend staying here. It offered a nice balance of relaxation and opportunities to party (if that’s what you’re looking for)."

"Loved our stay here ar majestic colonial. Especially the service from Reyito and Charmin. God bless them!!! We loved them so much that we will be back just to be served and greeted by them. The food is amazing too. try to make the reservation at the hibachi restaurant, its the best one there. The breakfast at supreme is amazing too, plently of options even for gluten free people!!!Pools are clean and the private beach is amazing too. They have wonderful people who would come take your drinks order while you lay on the sunbed so please don’t forget to tip them, they really deserve it!!( Noone gets poor by giving)"
