"Quiero destacar la excelente atención recibida durante nuestra estadía. Arnold nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Además, nos atendió durante la cena . En el desayuno Paola, siempre atentos, cordiales y pendientes de cada detalle.
Sin duda, el servicio de ambos hizo nuestra experiencia mucho más agradable. ¡Excelente trabajo y gracias por tan buena atención!"
"The biggest downside was the lack of privacy. Many of the cabins are very close together and face the same direction, so you can clearly see and hear your neighbors. It didn’t feel like the secluded escape that’s advertised.
There were also some safety and maintenance issues in our cabin. The stairs to the upper level/jacuzzi had no handrail and weren’t lit at night, which felt risky. Inside, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the sliding patio door kept coming off track and was difficult to secure. The minibar was well stocked with snacks, but oddly no coffee—even though there was a kettle.
That said, the positives: the food was excellent, room service was fast with generous portions, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having La Pausa next door for additional dining options was also a plus.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements—especially around privacy and maintenance—this place could be amazing."
"We stayed two nights at Vivanti. We were truly surprised by the beauty of this resort. We stayed in the suite with a jacuzzi on the terrace, and the views, comfort, and convenience were amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and respectful, always available to help us with anything we needed. Having traveled to many tourist destinations, we believe this resort lives up to the standards of a 5-star hotel."
"I have traveled a lot. This was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Jota (Jay) and his wife, Monica were the best hosts ever!! The property is amazing! Monica cooked a traditional breakfast from scratch! They helped with transportation and helped me practice my Spanish!! I highly recommend this place especially if you are a Lord of the Rings fan!! I will 100% be back here!!!"
"The hostel is clean and has a beautiful view. It is not family friendly or a place to relax at night. We had trouble sleeping because of the loud music and the wifi was not reliable and went down during our stay. We were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi due to it being overcrowded"
