"The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. The outside maintenance appeared dirty. I saw a housekeeper (male) throw dirty towels from the second floor down to the first floor landing on the floor, eew, are these the towels we use to bathe?"

"The room only had blinds which did not block any light in the room, no curtains very hard to sleep with the very bright parking lot lights, which are great for security, but not for sleeping. Our room was like daylight the entire time. No sleep was able to be had."

"We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway. "

"Overall is a good place to stay at Fort Davis. It is a good middle point for the traveler between national parks. The facility is slightly old."
