"No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in."

"We had issue the day we were checking in. Communication with property host was horrible. Management got upset that I contacted Expedia for help with check in since they were ghosting us and giving wrong information. We paid a cleaning fee and the apartment was NOT clean. There was major crumbs in couch and living room area. There were stains all over pillows on couch. Someone’s used hair ties were on the bathroom door knob. Kitchen knives were dirty. The beds were full of hair in the sheets....

"This was perfect for your 6 person family. Host communication was 5 stars. The entry keypad battery died on our trip and the host was available immediately and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. The space itself is cozy. The loft ceiling is nice. I will mention there are stairs to any bedroom. No beds on ground floor. (My grandma has limited mobility- I should have looked closer at the listing.) All in all. We LOVED it here. Very close proximity to downtown shops/local hikes."

"The apartment was just as described. Super clean, nice hot tub, and outside seating was very nice. Host was very kind with nice and clear communication. Updated remodeling was very nicely done. This stay made our trip very pleasant. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of space to chill and sleep. I highly recommend this place."

"Needed room for overflow for reunion. This worked out great as it was close by in an area without many hotels close. Owner was easy to work with. This was just what we needed. Property was well maintained and mountain views in neighborhood are great. Highly recommend, we will use again whenever we have large numbers of guests to house. "

"Great location. Very nice, clean modern house with all the conveniences. Close to downtown CO Springs - Garden of the Gods, Olympic Museum, Cave of the Winds. Rooftop terrace was perfect for viewing multiple firework locations - the modern fireplace was exactly what we needed to keep us warm during the cool nights. Host was very responsive. "Their listing was misleading. Made it sound like we got the whole locations even had a picture posted of the stairs making you think you got the upstairs too. Show up and you get a dungeon of a basement. You walk down the outside stairs and an alarm goes off every time. You have no temperature control and the owners upstairs turned on the heat and burned us out. No AC and had a few hidden in closet fans. No windows or doors with visibility to the outside. I do not recommend this property. We...
