The hotel location is very convenient, excellent view of the beach and breakfast was decent. The curtains should probably be changed as they were old and dirty, we got mosquito bites and bug bites during our stay but probably due to the fact that it is right off the beach. Staff were very polite.

It was literally right on the water but I would not recommend swimming or going in that water at all. Hotel is convenient to town square area with bars, restaurants, and tours. Hotel room was not clean but staff was very friendly. Would not recommend hotel. Possibly worst hotel in the area.

The view was really nice -the best thing about this hotel. And it’s really close to the main area and beach, you can literally just walk. But other than that, the room was not clean, we didn’t said anything because we were so tired from the travel and arrived late first day. The bathroom was really tiny, not happy as per the price we paid. The WiFi was not working either from our room. And they need to update the breakfast menu, too little options.

Good acess to boat trips and close to town center, very freindly staff and service. Right on the beach great views across the bay. Good breakfast. Cons---Room not fully clean at time of arival. Had to request fridge and safe. Had to pay in cash.

all we had was one sheet to sleep with there were no blankets, if you wanted maid service you were required to turn in your key, the beach was dirty i wouldnt go into that water, the area that the hotel was in was very raunchy and dirty, there were some good shops for trinkets and souveniers but that was the only thing good there i paid for 2 nights but left after the first night

I did not like the transportation to the hotel. Not the hotels problem but there no leg room for a 6 hour ride. The problem with the room was they only gave you a small bed sheet, and you had to ask them to provide you a blanket. And it was also small like they give you on a international flight. Otherwise it was fine

The staff were friendly and attentive and breakfast provided was ample with good daily variety and fresh fruit. The property was at the beach but is poorly maintained and shows its age specially with moldy bathroom ceilings possibly due to water leak marks, constant marching of ants in the bathroom shower and sink with dirty/ stained water closet. The bathroom door was partially eaten by termites or rotting.

Perfect location quiet area beach front property very accessible. Food buffet is so so, choice of food does not really cater for non locals even locals like me snubs it it. Despite I'll come back again to stay but eat somewhere else.

Generally, we had a great time. Probably the best view of the beach. Staff were all amazing and friendly. Few things i didnt like, the aircon fan is not good anymore. It takes a while before making the room cold. The glass door going to the balcony doesnt open easily. The faucet drainage has a problem. Although it didnt ruin our trip because most of the time we are outside. Service wise they are all great and helpful. Thank you so much. Will come back again.

Staff are amazing,very friendly .The room is good the view is nice overlooking of the sea.But the light its not working properly it automatically turn on ,esp.iin the middle of your deep sleep.And the other room for my kids aircon turn broken .The side street facing too noisy dont get the room that facing the street,too noisy busy street.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the sea views were stunning. It doesn't seem to exist on Google, so we ended up at the wrong venue. They didn't seem to have our Expedia booking info when we arrived, but they were lovely in accommdating us even though they didn't expect our arrival.

An ok stay
Great view, but that was about it. Room was decent, serviceable, not particularly comfortable. Power went out with regularity for minutes at a time, and came back on with lights at inopportune times (ie 5am). Wifi was variable. Generators were loud, and it seems the hotel isn’t actually finished being built. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them, and there are ants (so beware keeping any food around). Shower didn’t drain well, and water pressure was pretty bad.
