"The check in person was very nice and the breakfast was yummy."

"I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...

"The lady that clean the rooms in the property chase me out of the parking spot I was parked in. Not polite at all. She lives in the property, her and her family were staying next to my room so rude, slamming doors all the time. 0 recommended."

"There was no maid service and we weren't made aware of this at check in. The pool was not heated and was very cold. There was no hot water for a shower at 9 pm."

"Standard king room. Solo traveling. It is a basic room with little to no amenities. Situated on the edge of Gallup. It’s a 2 star hotel w 2 star everything. If you just need a clean place to sleep for a quick overnight it’s perfect."

"This place was excellent. The room was well stocked with a nice kitchenette, good quality items. The breakfast was excellent, but the best thing was the staff. They were so professional and met our every need."

"The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!"

"The motel offered a fair price for the room so that was the main draw. They had a nice continental breakfast that was satisfying. I'm not a big breakfast person, so this was perfect as I could have bagels, raisin bread, fruit etc, instead of just my usual cereal. I recommend this place as I would stay there again if I ever came back to Gallup."
