"Breakfast really good with a great variety of options. Italian restaurant not recommended pizza was really bad , better option go to the Lebanese restaurant. Really good room , comfortable bed . Hotel is very nice highly recommended in your next visit to Luxor . "

"Lovely clean hotel with great facilities and views across the Nile. Breakfast had a nice choice of pastries, pancakes and omelette, cereal and hot breakfast and meats and cheeses. Alcoholic drinks and food were quite expensive but weren't good quality and plenty to choose from."

"The best hotel we stayed at during our Cairo-Aswan-Luxor trip. Very friendly staff, great facilities, tidy rooms and beautiful river front area to relax after a day of exploring. Great buffet for people though limited options for vegans, with poor dietary restriction notices on the food, though belatedly having spoken to the chef he said he would’ve made us something special during our stay had we made it know (so better to do that personally than rely on the waiting staff to make your plight known!)"

"What a lovely little hotel with super-friendly staff, good food and a great location. They arranged a trip to East and West bank and that was well priced and the guide was excellent. Packed breakfast for an early start was ready, waiting and delicious! "

"Rip off. No guest activities. Kids club empty. Rooms dirty. Food overpriced. Staff not helpful. Doctor on site rips you off and prescribed wrong medicine."

"We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. One thing to note: there's no microwave in the suite. Instead, there's a gas stove connected to a gas tank, which works fine if you need to cook, but just be aware it's not the typical setup you might expect. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for space, cleanliness, and easy access to the ferry. "

"An excellent hotel offering all the amenities and services you would expect from a five star stay. However, the experience is somewhat spoilt by the persistent and rather annoying taxi and horse carriage drivers gathered at the entrance which unfortunately is the case for most of Luxor. It would greatly improve guest comfort if they were positioned further away from the hotel. Additionally, the presence of horse waste on the road leading to the entrance area is both unpleasant in appearance and smell, which impacts the overall impression. I understand this may be outside control of the hotel but thought I would mention it. "
