"The bar wasn’t stocked with anything. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. The staff were nice in the kitchen not so much in the reception. The room was nice but the view wasn’t really nice."

"The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. "Cockroaches in bathroom- should have given me another room instead of spray. Thankfully the man at reception at 4am let me into another to shower coz i couldn't shower in my room with all the dead Cockroaches in the shower. "

"Fabulous stay, had read some reviews and was a little concerned. Close to the playa de palma with all the bars and restaurant.The area around the hotel was quiet with a great spar supermarket selling freshly made sandwiches. The breakfast was great so much choice from a full english to cereals, fruit, cheese and ham. The room was lovely nice and clean with a really comfortable double bed. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist frisch und abwechslungsreich. Der Spa-Bereich ist ansprechend und einladend. Da sich dieser jedoch im Keller befindet, ist es recht dunkel und etwas kalt. Negativ zu beurteilen sind die Zimmertüren. Diese lassen sich kaum leise schließen. Man hört - vorallem nachts - im ganzen Stockwerk die Türen ins Schloss fallen. "

"La ubicación estuvo bien , no es en la linea de playa pero a 5 min andando. La atención muy buena. Lo único a destacar es que la comida estaba preparada sin más, podrían haberse esforzado un poco en que tuviese mejor sabor teniendo en cuenta que había poca variedad de platos. Además que en nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado no funcionaba "
