"Our room was verey clean but nothing special; but we spend very little time in a room when we take a trip, so the room was fine for us. The service personnel were friendly, smiling and very gracious. We knew aobut the free breakfast but were surprised to find the hotel also had a "light" dinner for free. Finally, we could directly access the Riverwalk from the Hotel's lower level. This stay was a very positive experience for us."

"Location is great. Valet parking is a little bit congested it takes a while. A lady and a man at the front desk were a bit rude they have that attitude as if they were working at the police department. We also switched rooms because the AC wasn’t cooling in our room the room we switched to was way cooler. "

"Gated and secure parking was why I chose this property. However the water was turned off for about 10 hours during the day and considering my crazy schedule, that put me without shower families for 2 days. Then there was a flood in the neighboring room and is soaked all my luggage and required a room change. The hotel only offered to comp my parking fees. "
