"Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The duplex apartment was very clean and equipped to a very high standard. It had everything you would expect and more including t bags and coffee, fresh water, toiletries. The only thing to be aware of is the top floor apartment has small windows and sloping roof but I knew I was booking a top floor Paris apartment. Also the small lift only went to the 4th floor so you need to use the stairs for the last floor. This was disclosed when I booked. The...

"The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling....

"Beautiful hotel on a miraculously quiet street. Staff is wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Rooms a bit small but by European standards maybe slightly larger. Only complaint is that in our deluxe room the bathroom was not separate so that there was no privacy whatsoever and the toilet also part of the larger room. This was off-putting. "
