"Great location, wonderful patisserie almost across the street, restaurants within a block. Lafayette Galleries 5 minutes away as well as Fragonard Parfumeries (100 years old and my wife LOVED it)around the corner. The hotel has excellent coffee machines with snacks/treats available from 2 pm to 2 am. Very well laid out eating and library area for those early mornings or evenings when travellers want to unwind. We highly recommend this property. "

"We had the junior suite, pretty spacious for 3 people. Hotel is a few steps away from the Louvre. What it lacks is some details: water in the shower runs cold and hot; instant coffee in the room is disappointing for a 5-star hotel; staff overall are not happy with their job and not greeting guests or smiles. For the $1000 / night we paid, we won’t choose it again."

"I like the location and staff were nice. My single room was strange. Bed was upstairs and bathroom was downstairs through very narrow and dangerous steps. Don’t recommend mobility limited people."
