"Booked this hotel for my in laws as they were attending a funeral in Surrey. Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. Would stay again. "

"The hotel is in lovely grounds with easy access from the car park to reception. It is undergoing refurbishment and I think that will make it a very good hotel overall. The walk in shower was fitted to make it accessible, but the grouting is due for renewal. The lighting could be better in the room, plus a magnifying mirror would also be beneficial in the bathroom. It was quiet and the bed comfortable . I would recommend it for a short stay. "

"Lovely little hotel, superior room was bigger than we expected looking over the front of the hotel. Fairly clean, only minor point, as the hotel was full there were no spare pillows,I sometimes, I struggle with my breathing hence the extra pillow at night. Will stay again."

"It has been 10 years since we stayed here before. We found the hotel welcoming with plenty of parking available. The hotel is well kept and in lovely surroundings. We stayed in a ground-floor patio room. It was supposed to be a "wellness room" but there were no additions to the room as advertised. Having said that, the room itself was lovely with a large bed and a large TV. The only downside was the low water pressure so it was a dissappointing shower. "We enjoyed our one night stay very much. The room was great, comfortable bed with good quality linen. Breakfast was generous and tasty served with barista style coffee. "The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."
