"Klima çalışmıyor ve çok uygunsuz insanlar vardı aile için konaklamaya uygun değil"

"The housekeeper is adorable. She did her best to fix the issues I had in the apartment ( AC not working properly, very poor WiFi, tv same thing…) the apartment itself is raggedy but for the price I think it’ll do."

"Great Stay with my family"

"Clean ,staff very nice, breakfast very good"

"Great view and breakfast"

"Ruka is a fantastic new hotel on the Adriatic Sea. Well worth the stay."

"The staff, location and the condition of the hotel were great."

"Nice location and excelente staff."

"Great little gem of a hotel right outside Narlidere. Amazing breakfast, kind employees, and beautiful surroundings. A few things can be improved but nothing significant. For example, a trash can should be added to rooms. Also the location of the light switch outside the bathroom is a little tricky. Finally all the faucet hot/cold directions were wrong. However none of these were significant issues. So, five star overall!"

"Very nice property"

"It’s a clean hotel. Also it’s situated in the heart of Alsancak District. Helpful staff."

"Very mediocre; They are better hotels nearby."

"I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Izmir and, so far, Zeniva is the best one. In fact, since I first stayed there I keep coming back (4-5 visits now, I guess). "The room, originally intended for longer stays, was huge. Quiet. Excellent location, but hard to find the hotel bec. it’s on a small street. Receptionist Uhgun (sorry, wrong spelling) was very pleasant and helpful. However, another receptionist always frowned at me, a surly fellow. Buffet breakfast offered a huge number of options."

"Everything was great, will stay there next time I am in izmir for sure"

"Clean and well-located hotel. Very clean room and service"

"Very convenient location, helpful staff and very clean hotel."

"5 minute walk from the historical İzmir elevator, this was a late find and I wasn't sure if I could park there. They practically had a free valet parking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I loved the fact that bedroom was somewhat separated from the sitting/TV area."
