"Quiet place, no need for a private pool! Even my bungalow next to the road (#20) was peaceful, and all three small resort pools were empty, cool, and surrounded by plants. Staff is available and not overly-solicitous. Feasible walk to large grocery store in town. Loved their attention to eco-friendly measures where possible. "Pool was dirty with us pulling out dead crabs and lizards. There was no shade around the family pool. "

"Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. "

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...
