"The location is ideal, a 2-minute ferry ride to downtown Port Vila. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was perfectly positioned #53. We had a view of the mainland and could see part of the pool area and the restaurant, but far enough away that the noise didn't bother us. I love people watching, so the constant flow kept me amused. "Pool villa 4 was nothing like the pictures on the website which was very misleading. Very poorly maintained villa. No minibar or even milk to have with a coffee. Instant coffee sachets were not fit for consumption. No room key or batteries for safe could be provided. Front door had hole at the bottom allowing anything to crawl in which occurred. Food below average and quite often was served lukewarm or cold. Extremely disgusted and disappointed. Checked out early. Certainly not 4 star and would...

"Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."
