"I have stayed at this property before. It is decent but the reason for the bad review is because I called the property 2 days before I booked to see if their pool was open. The gentleman who answered the phone said that it was. I then booked the room on Expedia. When I checked in, I found out that pool had not been opened yet for the season. Upon checkout I spoke to someone and asked if anything could be done since an error was made on their part with the misinformation. The man I spoke with said that he would have a manager call me back within a couple of days. It has been two weeks and no one has gotten back to me. I will make it a point to return to the comfort inn that is across the street the next time that I return to Nashville."

"Hotel was very comfy. More like an apartment than a hotel. Was in a great location. Very quiet, lots of restaurants, shopping and freeway nearby. Is a distance from downtown, but is a good thing if you want to get away from the crowed hotels closer to downtown."
