"The hotel is beautiful. The decor is right up our street, gorgeous. The food was lovely and the rooms were sooo comfy. Loved the shower and the big bed.

Only thing that let it down was the area the bottom of the stairs which we walked down instead of waiting for the lift. We had to walk over broken dirty tiles to get back into Reception.
