"The menu was varied both at breakfast and in the evening. Well stocked bar. The room was very hot, even with the provided fan but the bed was comfortable. Kept having to log back in on the internet, which elderly relatives found very tiresome. It would have been useful to have more written information, such as a selection of tourist brochures."

"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash. "I was attending The Greatest Gathering in Derby, so I needed somewhere to stay. "The moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room. The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful. "My partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra £2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was £15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it. The local area...
