"Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning. "

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

What was meant to be a relaxing family retreat resulted in severe distress, unacceptable hygiene failures, and unexpected financial costs. ​Upon a late check-in on Friday, our room was infested with moths and insects crawling on the carpet. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, doing their absolute best to reassign us to the 7th floor. Disappointingly, this second room suffered...

"La camera era molto carina e a parte gli scarichi un po’ lenti non posso dire nulla. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato in centro, proprio vicino al castello, in un bel posto. Peccato che nella nostra area stavano ristrutturando e non era ancora tutto a posto, come le scale e l’ascensore, ma per il resto non posso lamentarmi."

"Great that the parking is opposite the hotel. Friendly booking in and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and was freshly cooked. We would choose to stay at Ibis again when we visit Nottingham."

"The hotel is in a great central location. Rooms have been recently refurbished and are spacious and modern. Breakfast was great. Only issue is the inconsiderate behaviour of other guests being very loud late at night in the corridors. It’s obviously a regular problem as there was a sign in the lift about it. Obviously not the hotels fault but I would advise to take ear plugs! "

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also...
