For the low price I paid, it was an excellent stay. Room was dated but clean, shower was nice and hot, breakfast waffles were tasty, staff were courteous. Although I arrived too late to use them, the pool, hot tub and water slide are open after renovations.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself was very clean. Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre West Edmonton
TV remote did not work when we checked in. Switched batteries using batteries from another remote. Next day remote quit working again. Gave us another remote to use. Also the drainage on the tub was very slow. When we completed a shower we were standing in 2-3 inches of water.
