"Our stay was honestly disappointing. The room never felt properly clean. Basic things like toiletries weren’t provided properly and even the ones that were there looked half-used and got taken away without being replaced. We had to keep calling them for everything, even for simple things like towels because there weren’t enough in the room. It just made the whole experience inconvenient and frustrating."

"We stay for 2 days we had some issues at nighttime with some people above us but the staff was very good when I called down to tell them the people upstairs were stomping around for quite some time, from like nine o'clock until eleven thirty at night.They were very good at sending somebody up to take care of the problem.So I am happy with that. I would say that the breakfast was not to my liking, not everybody likes omelets. They like scrambled eggs.Maybe instead, they had pork sausage, which wasn't my favorite.No bacon, the only thing that I would say was cool about it was the pancakes"

"Our room was dark and a dungeon. Our carpet had spots where there were clearly leaks coming from somewhere. Our bathtub had hair in it. Kids running up and down the halls playing Nicky Nicky nine door. The pool and hot tub were so packed with kids from a sport team that we couldn’t even get in. They stayed in there till 10pm. The next morning was quieter so we had a chance to get in. But we only staying in for 5 minutes. The sun shone on the water and all we could see was an oily film, toe jam floating and even a fake nail. Cookie smashed on the stairs to the pool from the night before. The floor was disgusting. Clearly they don’t have a pool person. The cleaners that clean the rooms must only have time to upkeep that area as well seems like. Will never stay there again. "

"There was breakfast and our room was not cleaned at all or garbage taken out ,no fresh towels no coffee restocked...i dont know if we even got senior rates ,also like to have been able to get a handicap room ,as we have difficulty waking, both have arthritis issues "
