Oda servisi son derece hızlı ve güzeldi genel itibariyle otel eski bir yapıda otelin mobilyaları eski olmasına rağmen oda ferah ve bunaltıcı değildi. Resepsiyon hizmeti gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltı zayıf olduğunu düşünüyorum ürün kaliteleri 5 yıldız bir otel için düşük kalitede haşlanmış yumurtadan tutun reçel bal peynir ve şarküteri ürünleri ve bunun gibi bir çok gıda ürünü otelin isminin gölgesinde kaldığını düşünüyorum.Genel olarak resepsiyon persenoli iyiydi sadece ismini hatırlayamadığım yanılmıyorsam gözlüklü düz saçlı bir beyefendinin üslubu pek hoş değildi pek beğenemedim yersiz ve patavatsızca konuştu.Onun haricinde gerçekten odalar ve yatak konusu orta seviyede kahvaltı orta seviyenin altındaydı. Kahvaltı ve otelin oda dizaynı Margi isminin gölgesinde kaldığını düşünüyorum.
