Nice warm welcome;centrally located ;very neat and clean, sumptuous breakfast and lunch collect service . Very good value for money . The pick was their free welcome cookie. We purchased 5 more as they were emeralds yummy cookies .will love to stay again

The hotel is huge. To get to your room requires quite some walking in long corridors and then wait for the elevator which is small. It is interesting how they provide only one room key to a group of five people. The management should think of offering guests more than one room key. Our appartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. There was only one air conditioner that was placed in the living room which made it very inconvenient for the two bedrooms to get cooled down. It was very hot in July. The fridge was not working, it was not cooling down the drinks that we kept there. We called reception to tell them, but they didn't do much. Plus, some staff didn't speak sufficient English. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking is free. The hotel is far from the historic center so you need to drive.

Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – es ist ein echtes Familienhotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Atmosphäre ist wunderbar. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes, sehr schönes Café, in dem man köstlichen Kaffee genießen kann. Die Lage ist zentral, alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, bemerkten wir, dass wir unseren goldenen Ring im Zimmer vergessen hatten. Das Hotel hat uns sofort kontaktiert und angeboten, ihn an unsere Adresse zu schicken. Eines der schönsten Hotels, in dem wir je übernachtet haben – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye edebilirim – tam bir aile oteli. Personel çok güler yüzlü, kahvaltısı harika ve atmosferi çok güzel. Otelin kendine ait, çok hoş bir kafeteryası var; burada leziz kahveler içebilirsiniz. Konumu merkezi, her yere çok yakın. Odalar ise tertemizdi. Otel çıkış yaptıktan sonra altın yüzüğümüzü odada unuttuğumuzu fark ettik. Otel hemen bizimle iletişime geçti ve yüzüğü adresimize kargoyla gönderebileceklerini söylediler. Şimdiye kadar kaldığımız en güzel otellerden biri – tekrar gelmek isteriz!
