Never again ! Web site picture of property is fake . You get a message priore to aririval describing how to get ur room as no reception exist.Entrance through heavy iron door ,dark... no lights except 4 our mobile phone lights.dirty stairs .then u have to get keyS through flaps & password.Room fulthy& dust . Basically..un appartment with 3 rooms each room to accomodate approx family of 3.So one bathrom to chaire between 9 people ?? noise from People to get access at night through still door as they forgot the password .
The communication was good prior to arrival. The location was changed on the day however that was a minor detail with no impact. The arrival demanded a few security codes again no issue. The room was not as I had expected, the beds were made but the room was not clean. The lighting was very poor and the bed side light was not working. After one minute deliberation we started to look online for alternative accommodation. I did inform the owner immediately and received a mail the following day acknowledging my mail.
The accommodation is central and cheap so my expectations were for a budget room however this was not acceptable.
I am in dialog with Hotels.com however this is also a challenge.
Without my permission, it was informed to me that the location would be changed to another place upon check-in date. I had booked the place because I had a meeting at EICC. It was a serious misbehavior.

The property has no lift but a very long circular staircase - very dangerous to get upstairs!
I booked this location, but was then informed (via email) that they had moved me to another location - a 20 minute walk from the place I originally booked. There is no onsite manager of any kind as they are apartments. I was informed (again via email) that there was a lockbox which housed the keys to the apartment that I was assigned and was provided a code for the lockbox. I entered the given code and tried the lock, but it wouldn't open. I never actually saw inside the room because I couldn't get the lockbox to open and had to book another hotel room for the night. This was the most bizarre and sketchy booking I have ever experienced. Word to the wise: book elsewhere.
The Good:
- 10 minute walk from Princes St
- Warm
- Communal area is a good size
The Bad:
- Cleanliness - bathroom is covered in mould & a spill from a previous occupant was left on the carpet in our room so clearly the place isn’t cleaned much between stays
- No lid on a broken toilet seat
- Badly lit, uneven & steep communal stairwell with no lock on the entrance door
- Lots of noise from neighbours/nearby bars
- Not a nice neighbourhood & not where the map shows
- Freezer so frozen it would not close
- Bed needs mattress replaced - lumpy & flat
This isn’t an aparthotel, it’s a cheaply renovated Victorian tenement flat AirBnB with locks on the bedroom doors (& I know b/c I own one!). Wouldn’t have been happy staying alone or for more than 1 night.
For £42 a night, I was expecting spartan & basic. Not a dodgy unsecured hallway, a mouldy bathroom & a spilled smoothie/kebab sauce? left on the carpet.
this is a shared flat in an old tenament building . no staff on the premises except occasional cleaner . more like student accomodation than an Inn or Hotel not worth the price really
This is not an inn it is a shared flat in an almost derelict tenement building no staff in the property apart from a cleaner at odd times
would be more suited to student accomodation
Impossibile da trovare niente personale ad aiutarci al arrivo solo codici impossibili da decifrare

The room was not that clean, and no tv or anything in the bedrooms but it is in the perfect location and the apartment had everything we need (iron, kitchen utensils etc)
the flat and our room would need a bit more cleaning. also a bit of adjustment of furniture and lights. it simply did not look very cosy. these were the bad details, that were not necessary. location close to the centre was great. everything else worked well.
This hotel is not at the location it is listed on Google Maps, If you walk three blocks down on the other side of the road you get to the address, but it's just a tenement building with a regular staircase. Nobody answered the phone to help either.
This should not be advertised as a Hotel or an Inn - it is basically a hostel / flat with locks on the bedroom doors. It was dirty, sticky surfaces, non hovered floors, bathroom was disgusting with wet towels/wet mats - it smelled of damp, it was dirty. My room was basic (as expected) the bedcovers had not been changed and had visible stains on the sheets - I could even smell a strong aftershave from them?? The wardrobe had items from the previous guest left in them and graffiti written on the side too. No staff around at any point and the door entry / pick up your key system was a hassle.
Not a very nice experience at all and I would not be back or EVER recommend this place to anyone.

There is no lift. It is hard to get upstairs. There are 3 rooms but there is only one bathroom that you have to share with the rest of the occupants.
